Brand Workbench

A cluster of brand surfaces — Brand assets, Logo Guidelines, Strategy, Pillars, and Verbal — that resolve live against the active theme inside the Visual Explorer.

The Brand Workbench is a set of brand-keyed surfaces — Brand assets, Logo Guidelines, Strategy, Pillars, and Verbal — that render live against whichever theme is active. Each surface re-resolves on theme/mode switch while the content stays the brand's, so brand decisions stay testable in real product chrome.

The surfaces ship inside the Visual Explorer. Open it, then pick a section from the section selector.

Surfaces

Brand

Brand assets — logo, brandmark, wordmark, monochrome, and animated marks — rendered at representative sizes and tinted by token colors to prove brand-and-token cohesion.

Logo Guidelines

Clearspace, minimum-size, and a Misuse panel drawn on the real mark. Reads BrandSlot.clearSpace and aspectRatio from the Brand Record, so the guideline is the spec, not a screenshot of it.

Strategy

The strategy trio — Positioning, Essence, Personality — pulled from the Brand Record. A non-Visor theme with no public strategy says so candidly rather than borrowing Visor's.

Pillars

Strategic pillars with governs links — selecting a pillar surfaces the tokens (live swatches + resolved values), components, and surfaces it governs. A pillar that governs nothing renders a visible warning, turning the slogan into a checkable claim.

Verbal

Voice, Tone-by-context, and Lexicon. Tone-by-context is the verbal twin of light/dark mode — each message rendered in the real component it ships in, so the voice is judged in product chrome, not a spec.

How it resolves

All five surfaces resolve through the same resolveBrandStrategy / resolveBrand readers against the active theme entry. Brand content is brand-keyed — only the published Brand Record for the active theme is shown. Private themes whose Brand Records aren't published render an explicit "private" message rather than falling back to Visor's content.
